4 The Office Online Store Update 4 The Office operates both an online store and an office equipment and servicing business. I will be posting updates when possible, on both divisions to keep all our customers and followers updated. Currently, the online store which sells over 60,000 items with free next day delivery for all orders over $50.00, is experiencing some delays in certain product segments. Those products include, but may not be limited to, hand sanitizers, certain j...anitorial/sanitary products, disinfectants, cleaning wipes and some paper products including toilet paper. We are closely monitoring supply levels daily to ensure the fastest possible delivery to our customers. We are also confident that stock levels within the supply chain will stabilize. We do recommend that all customers begin planning now, for future needs, to prevent possible shortages within your organization. This will ensure you maintain a safe and healthy workplace. 4 The Office Updates on Onsite Service for All Customers 4 The Office has initiated the following preventive measures to ensure the safety of our employees and customers: 1. All technicians currently will continue to service our equipment at customer locations.... 2. All technicians have been given appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies to service the equipment in the safest possible method. 3. All technicians have been advised to thoroughly wipe down the machine both upon arrival and departure with Sani-Cloth AF3 Medical Grade, Cleaning Wipes. 4. All technicians have been given ProGuard Disposable Nitrile Powder Free Exam Gloves and have been instructed to use them as a precautionary measure when servicing equipment. 5. Our technicians also have 3M N95 Protective Masks which they can use at their discretion and or your request. We are leaving this up to the employee and or customer.
