To date, there have been no arrests, no citations and no fines issued to our business owners, though some warnings have been given. We are required to investigate any complaints that our department receives about businesses reopening. ... Additionally, metered parking has not been enforced since mid-March.

He was seen taking bricks from Holy Name Church parking lot, sidewalk sewer project. We believe he mistakenly took them from the wrong area.
