I had sewage backing up into my basement, and all the plumbers in my area either didn’t want to help me or didn’t answer the phone. I wish I knew about Josh and... Five Star Plumbing because I ended up calling Roto Rooter and paid way too much money to get a clog fixed. They also found that my cast iron pipe going from my upstairs toilet down to my basement floor was rotting and had roots growing into it. Roto Rooter quoted me a substantial amount of money to fix this issue. After getting blown off a few more times by a local plumber who just clearly had no interest in helping me, I found Five Star Plumbing. Josh got back to me right away, and he came out the next morning. He confirmed the issue, and he quoted me less than half the price of Roto Rooter.
