Tomorrow (Tuesday December 22, 2020) is the last day Retreat and Restore will offer COVID testing until we ring in the New Year. We have COVID nasal swabs (currently with 24 hr turn around) and COVID rapid, in-office antibody testing. We also offer preventive health care to help build the immune system and aid in the fight against COVID 19. This includes vitamin drips (including zinc, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, and magnesium) and vitamin D injections. We have a nurse on site, who can draw labs to check your vitamin D level. At R&R we value the mental health and physical health and safety of our patients and their family members.
