The new mosaics at the Cathedral of St. Sava in Belgrade, the work of Russian mosaic artists, have been completed and the final works in the church interior are... being slowly brought to an end. This huge church is the largest Orthodox Christian Church in Europe and will be the pride of the Serbian people who have been waiting for decades for the church of St. Sava, the founder of the autocephalous Serbian Orthodox Church, be finally completed. Through oppression of religion & speech, placing laws in action to confiscate historic Serbian Orthodox Christian churches & monestaries centuries old, the Serbian people have protected their culture, identity, and faith, and have overcome the evil in power through daily peaceful protests, prayers, and vigils with tens of thousands in attendance. God’s grace has annointed them through the struggles, for blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life.
