Just a little mold, rot, rain forming in the crawlspace, termites, carpenter ants, undersized and rotted support posts. Electric meter mounted in the (illegal) addition.

Electric panel turned junction box which in itself is ok....add a swampy crawlspace and no dead front (panel cover) and it's a potentially shocking situation. Yes the 2x4 is holding up the panel. Smh
