Clogged gutters with damp debris in them are an open invitation to pests. Carpenter ants, mosquitos, and rodents will find this environment inviting. You may want to think about pruning back trees and shrubs so that rodents don’t have a pathway straight to your gutters. Rain Storm from May 13th. It damaged the ceiling, wall and now their hardwood floor is buckling. State Farm will try and preserve their profit margins by underpaying this claim. I will fight with State Farm to insure this claim is paid the Maximum amount.
