"Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow..." "How 'bout no, how 'bout no, how 'bout no..." I know, I know. I sound like a big fat Scrooge right about now. Don't get me wrong. I do love when it snows. The muffled sound of the snow falling. The sparkling white blanket laying across the once brown, brittle, dormant grass. It's breathtaking.... And if we lived 100 years ago where snow storms would force people to slow the heck down, I would be thrilled with a big whopper of a storm right about now... BUT, we do not. And nothing seems to slow us down anymore, am I right? So, in my opinion, snow and ice have just become a real big PITA: Pain In The... Assuming you know what PITA stands for, I think we can all agree that while snow and ice may be a nice change of scenery from just a gray, boring ol' winter, it really can end up being a pain in the you know what. WHY? Because you have to worry about slipping and falling. Or others slipping and falling when they come to visit you. Man, I'm really showing my age... Anyway, after a short respite over the holiday season, the American Dream Podcast is back with a new episode... Episode 14: Ice is a Real PITA..
