The President of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Energy Institute, wrote in an email Tuesday that the Chamber now "supports a market-based approach to accelerate greenhouse gas emissions reductions across the U.S. economy." Advancing its position on climate action, indicates support for carbon pricing. The Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act (HR 763) is one such solution with bipartisan support.
