We are thrilled to see our classes filling in the new year! Please keep the following in mind as you plan your workouts: Registration opens 25 hours prior to the class start time and closes 15 mins prior to class time. Please remember to cancel any registration at least 2 hours prior to class time to avoid a late cancel fee. Remember to arrive early! Kids Day Off - Monday, January 18th What are your kids doing while school is out? Drop them off at acac for a day of safe & fun activities! Children in K-8th grade will enjoy jump zone, spider mountain, playing in the gym, swimming, and more. Bring two snacks, lunch, a drink, and a bathing suit for swimming.... For safety, all children must wear masks in the buildings and go through a medical screening before entry. Pain-Free Fitness & Express Cycle Class Saturday, January 16th | 10:30am | Studio B Join us for a 30 minute studio ride taught by Nisha, followed by a 15-20 minute conversation on pain, finding individual strategies during group fitness classes, and how to successfully return to your regular exercise/gym routine with minimal risk of injury. We also will provide free assessments/movement screens after by Doctors of Physical Therapy for anyone that attends.... Registration is required! Sign up in advance through the member portal or app.

We're thrilled to be re-opening this Monday, January 4th at 8am! On January 1, members will be billed a pro-rated 30% of monthly dues to account for the time the club was closed. Amenities will resume the same as they were prior to club shut down, with face covering mandates in place for all members aged 2+ even during active exercise.
