God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 God knows that our life is difficult, especially if we try to handle it by ourselv...es. we cant do it alone. Therefore, he is always there to help us. We can count on Him to be available whenever we need Him. He gives us strength and a refuge, a place to run to when were in trouble. Do you need God's strength? He gives it freely. He helps us when we need it. God never makes a promise He wont keep. When He tells us that He will help us, He will.
