With all the media out there on mental health issues, we get a bad rep. Not everyone with a mental issue is bad or killing others. Sometimes we just need a non-judging person who will listen to what we feel and say. So get the word out...mental health is not scary or a bunch of crazy people. It's real people with everyday issues who need someone like me as a counselor to be there for them.

"LIVE life with intention. WALK to the edge. LISTEN hard. PRACTICE wellness. PLAY with abandon. LAUGH. CHOOSE with no regret. APPRECIATE your friends. CONTINUE to learn. DO what you love. LIVE as if this is all there is."
