As Advantage continues our GOOD NEWS campaign, it is my honor to announce the promotion of Mike Glover to the Director of Facility Operations position! On August 1, 2020, Advantage will celebrate its 15th anniversary. We are excited to share with everyone some of the memories from our first 15 years. Thanks to all of you who have been an integral part of our success and helped make Advantage what it is today. Has anyone been in the office regularly to check and make sure everything is working properly in your space? It is never easy to try and think of everything on your own, so we wanted to give you a few suggestions of things to be on the lookout for: - Make sure the HVAC system is up and running at a standard setpoint in order to remove any stagnant air. - Make sure all plumbing fixtures have been exercised and floor drains have been filled in order to remove the smell of sewer... gas. - Clean out and disinfect any refrigerators and pantries of any old food. - Remove any plants that haven’t been watered over the last few weeks and have died. - Clear all areas of dust and cobwebs. Have you begun thinking about what enhancements are needed to your existing office space in order for your employees to feel comfortable once they are back in the office? We have been completing items such as these to help ease any concerns employees may have: - Installing motion-sensor lighting. - Upgrading to touchless faucets, urinals and toilets. - Replacing manual paper product dispensers with automatic dispensers. - Install Plexiglas to customer-facing areas. - Install door handle extensions, allowing hands-free access. - Install hand sanitizer and cleaning wipe dispensers in high-touch areas throughout the office. - Reconfigure furniture or install additional dividers. - Freshen the paint to brighten up the space. Advantage has been working closely with our clients these past few weeks on many of the above items. Congratulations to our very own Trish Faidiga on being named BOMA MAC's Member of the Year. Trish was nominated for the award by the wonderful leadership team at BOMA Philadelphia. The entire BOMA team has been great to work with and we are thrilled that they were able to recognize Trish for all the hard work and dedication that she has put in over the years. Congratulations again Trish and a special thank you to all those who made this possible!

We wanted to showcase a service we’ve been performing for the last week or so and thought it might be of interest to you as you continue to look at ways to help keep employees safe. We have been completing temporary installs of plexiglass partitions between customer service associates and the public in order. While each installation is different based on site conditions, the general idea is that we can suspend the plexiglass from above so that it does not damage the existing ...desk/counter. The plexiglass would either be clipped to the ceiling tile grid or secured into the drywall and suspended with a chain. This will allow for quick and simple removal when necessary. Any repairs afterwards should be minor. Plexiglass can also be cleaned simply with a microfiber cloth and a gentle acrylic cleaner or even mild dish soap.
