As promised! Advent Nutrition will be selling Violife, a new dairy alternative cheese that is both milk and soy free. It is the perfect addition to the diet for those with dairy or soy sensitivities/allergies, those that are avoiding dairy due to a health condition or those looking for a healthier option to add to the ketogenic diet. While most blood tests evaluate nutrient status based on blood serum (outside the cell), this test evaluates vitamins, minerals and antioxidants within the cell, giving a much more accurate report of nutritional deficiencies.
