We're Moving! We are consolidating our Kingston and Dallas offices into a new convenient location. Our new office is located in the renovated Forty Fort Theatre Building at 920 Wyoming Ave, Forty Fort, PA 18704. In order to transition smoothly, our offices will be closed starting Thursday Oct 22. We will resume office appointments at our new location starting Monday November 9.... We will be offering emergency curbside appointments from Oct 22 until Nov 9. Should you need us during this time, please call our office at 570-714-2656 and leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Your records will move with us to the new location, so there’s nothing for you to do. If you already have an appointment on the calendar with us, we’ll be reaching out to you in the coming weeks to ensure you are aware of our location change as well. If you don’t have an appointment, we recommend you give us a call to schedule your next clean and check or annual hearing consultation. You can give us a call anytime at 570.714.2656. Thank you for trusting us with your hearing health care. We look forward to seeing you soon! Sincerely, James Zeigler, Au.D. Judith Johnston, Au.D. Robert Asby, M.S. Ashley Andrejko, Au.D

A great visual. With so many wearing masks, it’s going to be challenging.

"There are several options available to treat hearing loss in older adults, but as the studies show, it is best to tackle these issues early before they impact your overall health."

We are happy to announce that we will be back to our regular hours in both offices starting Monday June 1, 2020. We are now available for patient care in our office when necessary per DOH while following CDC guidelines. We plan to reopen in the safest possible way for your safety and protection. Because of this, we will NOT have walk in appointments for the time being. We will continue to offer scheduled curbside service, and strongly encourage this option whenever possibl...e. We also may be able to avoid any in person visits at all if you prefer to use a tele-health option, phone or email. Our cleaning procedures meet all appropriate recommendations with sanitation between every patient. These measures will take extra time, so we have added extra time between appointments to allow for this. Your safety is of the highest priority to us. PLEASE NOTE, if you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, you will not come in to the office until symptoms have resolved. If your hearing aid needs service, we can do that for you while you are home recovering. Please have someone who is feeling well bring it for scheduled curbside service. The hearing aid will be sanitized, checked and sanitized again before it is returned to you. We will check temperatures at office entry as well as require each patient to answer several health questions prior to being granted entry. We will follow this same procedure for our staff. For those coming in for an office: limit accompanying family members/caregivers to 1. Mask are required by all patients over age 2. We will keep visits as brief as possible to reduce your time in the building. We hope you are doing your part to stop the spread of Covid 19 by following the directions of the CDC. We encourage you to stay healthy, wash your hands, and limit the amount of time you spend in public places while enjoying your home life. Stay well, The Doctors and staff at Family Hearing Center
