Hi everyone! Hope you have all had an amazing and relaxing summer This Fall the African American Arts Alliance will be putting on a classic from 1959, A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry. Hansberry was the first black female author to have a play performed on Broadway and passed away at the young age of 34. However, her work and influence has and will continue to live on! Looking forward to seeing you all on campus and hopefully at auditions Also.. follow us on instagram @4a_upenn!
