Great concept but with Lackawanna County Recorder of Deeds backed up nearly 6-9 months on foreclosure deeds, I'm not sure just how expedited things will actually be. The key is ensuring Due Process is adequately provided. I wish both Senators luck, however, I foresee this fraught with legal challenges from the delinquent owners of vacant property.
