Staub became a member of the chapter in 2012 and joined its board of directors in 2015. As a new member, she volunteered to fill the role of liaison to AIA Philadelphia, for which she was recognized by the chapter. She has served many positions over the years including maintaining the website, program committee chair, Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference committee member, and for the past two years as membership chair.
