Yes the Bible says that God will pour out of His Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, ...and your old men shall dream dreams(Acts 2:17). Dreams, visions, and prophecy; are given by God to give His people Revelation about future events. Furthermore, those visions, dreams, and prophecy must line up with what is written. Moreover, dreams are not a substitute for Bible doctrine! The Word of God is the final authority. The Flock of God must be taught the Word of God.
