Gifford/Aiken/Hilltop Water

Some people in Gifford are experiencing brown water that started last night. Anyone having any issues?

Just so everyone knows, I no longer know when a problem exists when something is wrong with the water in Gifford or Aiken. I installed a whole house water filtration system back in February that takes care of any issues. I recommend you do the same. It cost me under $400 to install myself. That being said, when anyone notices something wrong, leave a post on this page and I'll dig into the issue and hopefully reply in a timely matter. Thanks, Aaron Fitzsimmons

Electrical issue at the pumphouse that has been resolved. The tanks need to refill now and the water may be nasty for a few days.

Possible water leak across the street from my house. They are digging right now. Anyone that lives North of my place should expect low pressure and brownish water if they find the leak. I was told the system is losing 50,000 gallons everyday to a leak.
