Trees are cleared!

So we had A LOT of wind yesterday and today. That blows. Things down. Fortunately the Piper Village and 422 side (with Flying Squirrel) are now pretty good thanks to Andy’s efforts. The rest of the park has not been thoroughly ridden yet SO BE CAREFUL. Andy did report that there are a lot of derailleur grabbing sticks down. ... Do us all a solid. Take a few minutes during a ride to clear some debris that may be on the trail. It’s good karma.

TRAIL CLOSURE ALERT: Tonight and Tomorrow Night (Friday and Saturday), "Pool Boy" and "Reduction Pond" will be in "HAUNTED"! At 4:00 pm on FRIDAY, the Masonic GATE (at the pool), will be LOCKED ...and REMAIN locked until SUNDAY morning! ... Don't get PARKED IN. The trails POOL BOY and REDUCTION POND will remain passable each day, CLOSING at 6:00PM each day, when the "Haunting" Staff & Visitors will be walking on them. All other trails will remain open the entire time.

HEADS UP - Danger Downhills: Tomorrow (Sat.14) from 9am-12, Maintenance Crews will be blowing leaves* on (1) Flying Squirrel, (2) Turn Down for What, and (3) Country Club. *only drainage locations, including the (bottom of the trough) inside lines of the banked turns...and any potential safety concerns, like skinny trees, or rock features, or...

TRAIL CLOSURE ALERT: This weekend, on these TWO nights, "Pool Boy" and "Reduction Pond" will be in HAUNTED! Please do NOT ride them after 6:30 PM.

Saturday PARKING ALERT: The RED area of the park is reserved tomorrow until 2:00PM. You will NOT be able to access parking in that area. Instead, park at the BOTTOM of the hill (see GREEN STAR), at the Carousal Shelter or at the Flagpole parking areas.

Get UP, and Get OUT this weekend. ........Be like Jacob; SMILES from ear to ear!
