Medicare/Medicaid My next presentation will be on Wednesday, June 30th at 11:30 a.m. at the Allegheny Community Center located at 42 Clark Street, Warren PA. The topic will be Medicare/Medicaid law. I will be covering eligibility requirements for Medicare and Medicaid with recent changes for 2016 along with the health care services that are covered for each program. A lunch will directly follow the presentation. The lunch is a $3 donation for those who are 60 years or older and will be $5 for those who are under 60 years of age

Thank you to the Allegheny Community Center for hosting my first of several presentation on Elder Law in the Warren Community. This past Thursday, we had a great turn out for my presentation on Health Care Directives. I discussed living wills, powers of attorney, use of health care representatives, and guardianships. A great conversation ensued with the people there and who stayed after the presentation for lunch.
