Hey Everyone. Thank you ALL for your interest. I promised an update. 409 will be ready Oct 1, but I will be out of town so tours will be Oct 3/4. We have had dozens (over 100 this past week) of texts and I encourage those of you who are really serious to fill out an application first. Blank application copies are located inside the building at 201 Pennsylvania Ave in downtown Warren (at the light, McDonalds is behind the building). This way I will be able to qualify you b...efore the tour, which not only puts you at the head of the line, but if you decide you want the apartment or townhouse you will have immediate access the same day. Once approved you will be offered a lease, which will require one month’s rent plus an equal amount in deposit. You sewer bill will be mailed to you separately. Pet fees (any critter with 4 legs and pees) will be a one time $50 fee per critter. ALSO Apt 6 at 201 Pennsylvania will be available immediately, and move in ready Sept 24. You may also wish to fill out an application for faster service. Rented as furnished and including utilities is $950 per month. Move in as an apartment is $850. Aldaron pays all maintenance trash, and off street parking. Your sewer bill will be mail seperately. Please remember this is a one bedroom intended for a single or a couple only. Our leases are easy to understand and we will go through every paragraph at signing to ensure you understand. Because of the abuse of COVID conditions by some renters, eviction now is 3 days once notified in writing. This requirement bypasses the standard procedures we have used in the past, ie, there will be no lengthy quit notice or constable.
