Attention Public Housing Residents and Housing Choice Voucher Program Participants: The Pennsylvania Association of Housing & Redevelopment Agencies has opened its applications for the 2021 PAHRA Scholarship Program. They offer two scholarship categories, which includes 3 recipients for high school seniors/20 or younger & 3 recipients for students ages 21 and older.
