I never got to meet Officer Kristine Bartman,but that doesn't change the way I feel about her. On July 13 2016, Officer Bartman passed away in an off-duty motorcycle accident. I was contacted by the family, and asked if I would photograph as her family, friends, and the community gathered together to take one last ride with her. This was one of the most memorable days of my life. As we took this last ride you could feel her love and presence. You could see the love and support of the community and how much respect there was for Kristine. She will be truly missed by many. I am so thankful and honored to have taken part of this special day. My heart goes out to the family, friends, and to all those who loved her.
