I found the yoga wall 8 years ago when I was in Arizona visiting my mother. When I came back, I couldn’t get it out of my mind, it was such fun & challenging yet relaxing and different. I got certified in the traditional Iyengar style, but teach a more flow style. I’ve been teaching yoga wall classes for seven years and they’re still the most fun class I teach! Anyone can do the yoga wall whether you’ve never done yoga before or been practicing for years it’s still something new and it’s going to make you feel really good. Be warned -it’s addicting!!
