Ok kids the holidays are coming up and I have missed you all, so I'm going to come back a bit early for you! But please remember if you are sick or have been around anyone who has been sick regardless of what it is, please do not make an appointment, I really have been debating on when to come back because I'm a bit nervous about bringing anything home to my sweet kiddos. So im relying on you guys to make cautious decisions, do not get a haircut if you are sick. Thank you and happy holidays

Dear chop shop family, I don’t think I will be making it to the end of September for cuts, afternoons are when I’m starting to not feel the best at all.... the babies are getting heavier and it’s really taking a toll on me. I’m 29 weeks as of this post, by 30 weeks I will be done till these babies are out! I know it’s just a haircut to you but it’s also time on my feet, I can’t even walk a store and feel good, soooo there’s that. so anyway, I’m sorry for any inconvenience (lord knows I’ve inconvenienced someone by being me) thanks for being patient and sorry for the late notice.

Ok everyone, I have decided it’s best for me to take my maternity leave the end of September, subject to change if anything happens in the mean time, I will not be returning to work for quite some time because with twins and a toddler and an almost 13 year old, I’m going to need some time to adjust. So I will not be returning any calls or text messages about doing hair. Please be respectful, some of you were texting me the day after willow was born expecting me to just be ok to cut hair.....that’s not how this works. I will let everyone know when I will return to work, but in the mean time, make appointments now and I will see you when I see ya!

Notice- a change in hours at the shop, due to new guidelines that the shop must follow, I will now only be working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, they will shorten and probably be limited as time goes on, due to the babies, and covid still rearing its ugly head. So please be patient and kind.

The chop shop will reopen the 22nd thanks for your patience. Your safety and mine are the biggest concerns.

The Chop Shop will not be accepting any walk-ins until further notice, I am sorry for any inconveniences.

The chop will not be open tomorrow and again I will remind people. If you have been sick or have been to the doctors in the last day or so please do not come to the shop, and if you have an appointment, reschedule. I do not want to get sick and neither does anyone else. Please be courteous.

Just a heads up to mommas and daddy's that have anxious littles waiting for haircuts, I put away all toys and candy, candy will be given if asked for it, I took it off the desk for sanitation concerns. I will have movies playing. I took the toys away for sanitation concerns as well. I'm sorry for any inconveniences, but it will save me on cleaning time in between cuts. I will have individual coloring packets and crayons available for the kiddos that they can take with them after their cuts. Thank you for understanding

As we near opening day I feel it is my responsibility to let you know, if you dont know, that I cannot wear a mask I'm a severe asthmatic. That being said, I will have masks at your disposal, and if you truly feel uncomfortable, I will wear one if absolutely needed, I'll probably wear it incorrectly because I need to breathe. Juuuuust saying. And if you are completely uncomfortable I can direct you to the nearest and best hairstylist. Thanks for understanding :)

I'm not tech savvy but I think I have the booking option up and running. Disregard monday the 1st as I will be opening the 2nd. So try it and I will hopefully get the appointment, either way I'll be writing everyone down the old fashioned way! Texts and phone calls are always accepted. Thank you!

Woot woot! We can finally open may 29th? That being said I'm going to give it a few days and officially open june 2nd just in case our governor says different....again..... Will we be operating as appointment only, and remember common sense. If you remotely feel like crap or have felt like crap for a few days prior to making your appointment, dont come, reschedule.... Dont bring me your sickness just because we are "finally open I'm so shaggy I cant stand it". You can stand a few more days I promise. Keep in mind I'm carrying twins, I dont want to get sick. If your little one doesn't feel good. Do not bring them in because " its just a haircut" If they want to the doctors that day does not mean it's ok to come get a haircut. So just remember COMMON SENSE it's not that hard guys. ILL BE SEEING YOU SOON

Color while you wait for a haircut or take them home, message me to drop them off at the shop or take them to New Moon when you are done!! Have fun!!

The kids and I will be whipping up some hot dogs starting at 12 today, for our chop shops birthday!! (Customer appreciation day) Stop in for a free hot dog w/chips and a drink!!!
