Happy Thursday everyone! A few quick announcements! 1. I will not be LIVE this evening. We had a false alarm today with baby and I spent the day in triage for elevated blood pressure. We are home now, but wanting to rest - so if all is well, I will go live tomorrow! 2. The governor has put new restrictions out today which include no in-person fitness classes for at least 3 weeks. As of Saturday, we will not be holding any in-person fitness classes BUT we will continue to li...ve stream virtually! If you don’t have a package already, make sure to log on and purchase the monthly unlimited virtual live classes! 3. As long as baby stays in, we will be open in the boutique on Saturday from 11a- 3p for all your gift giving needs. We are still doing local delivery (hubby is helping to deliver your goodies!) so make sure to purchase online if you don’t want to come into the store. 4. Lastly, we are taking everything one day at a time so please allow us some Grace during this time! Times are subject to change during this time!

It takes courage to open ourselves up to joy. - @brenebrown Sierra has been dancing since she was a little girl. In her adult years, that passion has only grown into helping other women feel joy through movement. After having 3 beautiful children, she decided to really focus on the joy that fitness, dance and movement has brought to her life. First, getting her Buti Yoga certification and really stepping into the role of a great instructor. Next, reaching for the stars a...nd getting her 200 Hour YTT certification. We have no doubt that she won’t stop there - but for now we wanted to congratulate her on this amazing accomplishment!
