Amazing Glaze Donut Company

Hey everyone! So we need a favor... it looks like someone had a really bad experience at a donut shop in Virginia named Amazing Glazed. You can see from the screen shot below that her other reviews are from the same area. (Doubtful she was in Gibsonia Pa on a Friday morning during a pandemic...Does sound like a horrible experience though.) But they reviewed us as well since our names are so close together. I have attached some screen shots here showing where they must have as...ked their friends to give negative reviews also. Some from Texas, Georgia etc. Up until today, we were at 98 reviews and 5 stars. Obviously we pride ourselves on customer service. If you have the time and have had a good experience at our store, could you please pop onto Google and give us a review? We would like to counter the negatives until it gets resolved. I did reach out to one of the reviewers on Facebook asking if they could find out if that person was mistaken, but I did not get a response yet. Thanks so much!!

So 2020 is finally coming to an end. Come celebrate giving this dumpster fire of a year the boot with some warm delicious donuts!! Giving small businesses about 24 hours notice of their new restrictions is not only heartbreaking, but devastating to them as well. This is more than likely, their busiest time. Especially restaurants. A lot of small businesses probably just received their orders to get through this weekend, and now will more than likely be throwing the product, along with their money, in the dumpster. We may not have a massive facebook following, but we do have some of the best people around reading this! We would like to use this post as a sounding board for anyone to post theirs, or any small business that could use some help. Let's raise each other up during these hard times.
