Amazing Scholar Academy Preschool

It's back and just in time for football games and busy fall nights. Our fall hoagie sale is under way featuring Italian, turkey and veggie varieties. Our preschool families will receive their order sheets starting Monday. The deadline to order is October 8. Join us for our sequel to Movie Night! It's Movie Night II, set for Friday, October 1, in the preschool parking lot. Bring your family and your lawn chairs for a fun night under the stars, featuring Boss Baby: Family Business. We don't mean to be bossy, but be there!

Did you know that McKnight United Methodist Church offers a special worship experience just for kids. Children's Church is presented in two formats online and in person each Sunday morning. The online session starts at 9:30 a.m. and runs for 15 to 20 minutes. Participants can connect virtually through Zoom or by phone. Log-in details can be found on our homepage. Children’s Church also is held in person at 10 a.m. each Sunday, running concurrently with the regular worship service. No registration is necessary. Questions? We've come a long way from this time last year when our preschool was closed and we were only able to host a drive-by graduation celebration later in the summer. Although we still were unable to have our traditional indoor graduation ceremony, our teachers, students and families all went with the flow and made possible a wonderful day outdoors celebrating the Class of 2021. We cannot say enough about how cooperative the kids have been all year with their masks and other safety protocols. We've had a wonderfully productive year despite the challenges and are proud to send this special group of students off to kindergarten and beyond! Our only regret is that we were so busy on Tuesday that we didn't get to take more photos. Feel free to post your own in the comments section below, and we'll be sure to add them to the album!

It's Graduation Day today, and we couldn't be more proud of the ASAP Class of 2021. We wish you nothing but the best as you head off to kindergarten and beyond. We know you're gonna do great!

We're celebrating Christmas at Easter this year, as the bunny delivers our Holiday Spirit Spectacular DVDs this week!

You could almost taste the rainbow, as science and art collided in this colorful activity we recently did with Skittles and water. Our preschoolers had a blast creating their own designs.
