The past few years, we have been setting core values for our teams and using those values as our focus as a company. This year, we decided to recognize the employees who best exemplified those values. The managers nominated 4 employees for each core value and then the entire company voted on who they felt should win "The Amblers". Our winners are in and this year's winner for Teamwork was Austin Pfaff! Austin has been working with us for a few years now and is always willing to help out where needed, even if that means coming in on rain days or driving home from college to help out. Thanks Austin for being always helping out the team!
