This is a 3 hour Restorative Yoga class with some guided meditation as your muscles begin to let go of tension. Class is 1-4 pm available in person (limit of 8 so we can safely social distance) and available via zoom. If you choose Zoom you will need lots of blankets, pillows, cushion anything that will support your body so the muscles will let go. ... Please contact Sandy Muir to register for class.
