Meet Amanda! A cheerful member of our team for almost a year, Amanda loves working with the energetic staff and the warm, welcoming atmosphere here at Ancestor. Her favorite drink is a toss-up between an Iced Matcha Latte with Oatmilk and our Honey Cinnamon Latte! ... Amanda’s crepe of choice would be our delicious and much-loved Garden Crepe. When she’s not pulling espresso shots and cooking crepes, Amanda fills her free time with painting amazing artwork, writing short stories and poetry, playing music and going on hikes! A fun fact about Amanda: It’s one of her dreams to live in a bus and travel across America! Make sure to say hi next time you’re grabbing your latte!
