Just like you are not a fair-weather football fan , we are not a fair-weather food truck. We’ll be out in the rain today from 11 am to 8 pm serving up that barbecue goodness even if we have to get a little wet to do it! Our Wednesday special is Jamaican Jerk Half Chickens that we cook in the old Weber Smokey Mountain over direct charcoal heat while basting them with our Jamaican Jerk Sauce! We’ll be posted up in our new spot in the middle of Center Stage parking lot ... across the street from Shell !
