Forest Bathing-Moving Meditation at Lillibridge at the Pfeiffer Nature Center. Sat. Nov. 21, 2020. 10am to 11 am. Forest bathing, also known in Japanese culture as "taking in the forest atmosphere" or shinrin-yoku, is a moving meditation surrounded by nature. Meet at the parking lot and wander through the woods. Led by Jessie Lampack Slattery, this session of forest bathing will focus on giving thanks. This is a slower and more mindful pace than an average hike so dress appropriately for cold temperatures. Cost is $5 per person and may be paid at the time of the program. Group size is limited to 10, preregistration required.
