Whether you’re a New Years resolution-er or prefer to set goals around a different timeframe, give these 3 moves a shot if you’re not already familiar. 1) Hamstring Curl - keep your hips high, and try to draw them higher as you drive your heels to your butt. 2) Knee Tuck - focus on using your abs to draw your knees toward your chest. 3) ABC Plank - hold a stable plank while throwing your balance off, writing the alphabet.... It’s not because we dislike cardio - truly it’s not. It’s because there’s proof in the fact that strength training has such withstanding benefits! Plus- WAY MORE VARIETY!
