The Department of Revenue today announced the deadline for taxpayers to file their 2020 Pennsylvania personal income tax returns and make final 2020 income tax ...payments is extended to May 17, 2021. This means taxpayers will have an additional month to file from the original deadline of April 15. The Internal Revenue Service also announced earlier this week it would extend the federal income tax filing deadline to May 17, 2021. Read more: https://www.media.pa.gov/pages/revenue-details.aspx

The IRS will begin accepting returns on February 12th. April’s Tax Service will be open and ready for business starting February 1st. Returns can be prepared prior to February 12th and then transmitted to the IRS when they open. https://blog.natptax.com/article

This tool will help you track your stimulus payment. You will need your social security number, birthdate, and address.

The tax deadline for Federal, State, and Local has been extended until July 15, 2020 but please DO NOT assume that I will be available through July 15th to prepare your taxes, unless you have already made arrangements with me. If you still need to file your taxes and plan to have me prepare them for you, please contact me for availability. I will not have normal business hours after April 30th. My children count down the days until April 15th. I will be spending some much needed family time with them!!
