Wisdom comes in the form of a shove or a feeling which makes us wake up from the normality of our daily life.. This is a push to who we are, who we think and who we actually are. There are states of awareness which makes no sense until we can get out of our own perception of reality. This takes great strength on the part of the seeker. Learning to be a seeker isn't and never will be an easy path. To truly be a seeker, one must get lost, I mean really lost. Until we are lost..., we do not seek a way out of a circumstance. Life shouldn't be a prison or a constant wheel, Life should be a path with many choices. Life should be a, choose your own adventure. There are time that life chooses for us. This can be a real gift or a real curse. If we are to Truly seek, who we are, we must take a step without fear, being totally aware and have a child like wonder to see clearly recognize the path. To understand your self truly. One must break apart much of who and what you think you are . Then carefully put the correct pieces back together. However when you look in the mirror you might see a slightly different person. Some peices you might not want or need. This is because there are parts of us during the shadow or internal work that needs to be changed or taking away so that one can integrate those parts we actually need. This is a major part of understanding ones spi...rituality.This type of work can take a very long time. Be extremely uncomfortable or difficult. Bring up triggers or somatic attacks or feeling.one should work with a trained professional.However if one gets through this work one might manage stress and other situations better, Then before.This can also bring focus and much sought after healing.This can also bring more energy and circulation to the body.Which then can promote deeper sleep and meditation.Which will bring more of a balanced and secure and fulfilled life. Mind must agree with the rest of the body.Learning to get stronger takes time and discipline. Pain can stop practice in a physical sense. However if we have the discipline to use the mine to grow and exercise within the mind ,when the body can catch up to what the mind has learned, the individual will become very strong and wise indeed.

There is a term in alchemy called transmutation. Which simply means a great change which has a profound effect, Usually it meant the change from one form to another. From Lead to gold. However When people talk about this they are speaking in riddles which give clues to greater understanding or what is called the sacred or royal art. In essence one takes something which is in simple form and turns it in to something which has greater value. say water and coffee alone are to pr...incipals one liquid one earth. Turn the water into a gas by heating the water which chemically changes the coffee into another kinda of liquid. This is a transmutation. same goes with popcorn and tea. This can also can happen when one decides to truly change into a better being. This is more Internal alchemy which is a Taoist principal called Neidan. This works with the principals of the three states of the body,physical,mental and spiritual. Arcana Aura is a spiritual spiritual sacred space. Which means a center for the spirit to come and be at peace,mean while working on other parts of the body to balance and reflect what the spirit needs. A sense of calm and balance we can all need from time to time. We as human beings needs a different kinda of answer from the ones that are only one ended and go nowhere.Exercise isn't just for the body. It's for the mind, body and spirit. These need to be in balance if calmnes...s and ease is to be felt.The body is more complex then we sometimes give it credit for. It's an engines made of many movable parts. There is the physical which is the skin,nails hair, tissue and organs. Then the mental which included the mind and the emotions. The spiritual has some knowledge and some understanding however, there is so much more we must know and must research to find out what the spirit actually does for us. We need to spirit to guide us to our true path and made sure we don't fall in to place and with people that are no good for us. Reiki is a type of energy which helps energy centers called chakras which in sanskrit means wheel. There are seven wheels and they are more like wheels houses which make energy move through your body correctly. each wheel house is connected to different parts of the body, When these powerhouses aren't functioning properly, this is when reiki can help unblock then and help fresh energy move more freely throughout the body. To all Reiki practioners and masters.We all know there are different ways of healing.We are energy healers.So what I am asking is very simple. Let's do are part and help with this sickness. Here is what I propose.Use long distance symbol with power and healing symbol.Use the master symbol to change the energy to a better state of balance.Take ten minutes out of your day ,does not matter when. Separation of self: a time when you feel out of sorts, Both internally and externally. 2: Your character which you have know since birth is now acting out of sorts. First topic is going to be people who steal our energy. These people are called many things, Including energy vampires,narcissist and psychic vampires. I have had dealings with them as i'm sure many people have. The question which people keeps asking me is how to get rid of them or how to banish them out of one's life? This is a two part answer. These beings are self centered for the most part. All they want to do is talk about themselves, at the same time they steal energy... from people's auras or energy around a person. I will be talking more about The aura and how to keep it protected later.With these being, ritualistic banishment won't work. The are to self centered to notice a change in the energy around them or a force keeping them away from you. So First of all do not under and circumstances make friends or loves with these beings. The relationship of either Friend or lover will crash and burn on your own ticket. However if you do there is hope of how to get them out of your life for good. One of the useful tricks is ignore them, until they find another host. This works some times and sometimes not. Another way is be extremely rude and only talk about your self and your issues. Most of these beings will get bored and even angry that they are not the center of attention and will usually go away and again find some one else. If you do get drained by one of these beings you have to take care of your aura or your energy body.The aura contains light and energy around you for protection and manifestation abilities. Prayer, meditation, The kabbalistic cross of light and tai chi. Are ways to strengthen the Aura. If there is doubt ,there is regret,where there is imbalances,comes an issue with a relationship of some kind.One person in that relationship is manipulating someone.There must be leverage of some kind to Make the threat real.Then come the bait or the counter.The counter makes the leverage seem insincere.If the manipulator can make him or her self the bait the mark loses everything.However if the leverage is more important to the mark the the bait,the mark won't lose.The bait will have to find some other loser.If you are in this kinda situation.No matter what the bait tells you or does he or she isn't worth losing you.

The understanding between god and mankind is splitting.

Religion and Spirituality are moving apart. Growth in self helps the relationship between the Creator and mankind. Belief must be in the mix with Religion and spirituality, Take away one part and the rest falls apart , like a cake mix.Madness comes when mankind tried to emulate our Creator.

Stasis is no place to get stuck in. We must remember those who have come before and those who will come after us.We must learn the Lessons of those who have come before and left their mark.Those who have not left their mark. The wisdom for the ages and sages,from the fools and the pretenders,and the fakes and frauds.The kings and queens the prince and princess's. From the mad and the insane. All these are lesson of our reality.We learn from moving forward not moving back or s...taying in place. This serves kind of grace or pure motive. We must continue to learn and thrive,Build and plan.Where the mistakes was made who knows. However we are in a very dark times of the ages have never seen.We must know ,pray and live.We must exist as though time is has no end.We must believe in the light and dark. The balance and the unbalance.Learn from Our parents and our children's. We must take a breath and continue to know of creation and destruction. We must live in all ages and all plane. All forms and functions.We must live here and there. Let the real bliss come fourth. Let the ignorance dissolve. I see the light flickering,green then orange and then gold.An older man watches the beings called humans. walking forward towards their fates, Trust is hard these days, belief even harder. Wings forming a structure which looks like to V are coming together. Between these two wings there's a purple light. The light is majestic.However the truth behind this light many don't want to know. Some wait for answers other's know. We must shift our perception these days. What is in fr...ont of them, might not be what actually is real.Some hear what they are told and see false projections. Like Plato's cave, we must understand these dark times and know at some point the light will shine through.To believe in the creator of all is one thing.
