Arctic Igloo

UPDATE!!!! As most of you already know, the Arctic Igloo is moving to the old Cox’s building. Also known as The Garden Terrace. Our last day at the Arctic Igloo was Sunday Although it was a bit of an emotional day for me, I am happy to say that I am moving on to bigger and better I have been planning this move since May and can finally say that we will be open if all goes right my the middle of next week Also, many of you have been asking if I was going to change the name?...? Being that I started out my business as a small ice cream parlor, the name Arctic Igloo was perfect but... We do not sell ice cream anymore so, with lots of consideration, I agreed with Bill Smith and Randy Kehler.. Trying to think of the perfect name as I would lay in bed at night or stand behind my grill with all sorts of names running threw my head for weeeks, I FINALLY figured it out..You all know how much I LOVE country, and, the new restaurant is located on the corner, so I put the two together and came up with The Country Corner Cafe’ The hours for the first few weeks will be the same as the old place but planning on opening Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings with a full menu, including seafood, steaks, and home cooked meals. It’s been a long haul, and I can not thank everyone enough who has been helping out and supporting me all the way Bill Smith Ashley Marie Cruiz Dindorf Randy Kehler & Peyton, Debbie Ritzman & Uncle Randy, Mick, Mike, Pro Metalshop , Kate & Tom and to all of my customers who have supported me through my entire journey. I am truly blessed and am so looking forward to this new experience. See more
