Brethren, on behalf of Bro. Steven A. Fulton, District Deputy Grand Master, the School of Instruction scheduled for tomorrow evening, December 9th, has been can...celled. This decision was made out of concern for the health and safety of our members and their families. The potential for unintentional spreading of the virus would increase due to the various areas that our members would be traveling to the school from. In lieu of an in-person meeting, he will be putting together a Zoom Meeting for Wednesday evening and will email everyone the link tomorrow. Please help him spread the word to other members about the SOI cancellation for this Wednesday and also for the Zoom Meeting that will take place in its stead. If you have not participated in one of the Zoom meetings in the past, please message me your email and I will make sure you get the invitation.

Brethren, below are a few points of clarification concerning the cancellation of Lodge activities. The Grand Master’s directive is only for Blue lodge activiti...es. All other fraternal organization’s activities are subject to their governing body. Funeral services are permitted to be performed. Monthly bills are permitted to be paid without the approval of the lodge membership. Audits are still due by the deadline. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns. Steven A. Fulton DDGM

The Right Worshipful Grand Lodge Of The Most Ancient And Honorable Fraternity Of Free And Accepted Masons Of Pennsylvania Masonic Temple, One North Broad Street..., Philadelphia, PA 19107-2598 March 12, 2020 To the Officers and Members of All Blue Lodges: Due to ongoing concerns surrounding the Coronavirus, effective immediately and until further notice, I am directing any and all lodge activities be canceled, including, but not limited to: extra, special and/or stated lodge meetings; social functions; schools of instruction, etc., as well as youth group and community meetings/events that may be scheduled in your lodge building. Lodge officers may pay lodge bills in the ordinary course without lodge approval. This will be in effect until the end of April, by which time we will evaluate the situation and provide additional guidance as needed. While it may be disappointing to cancel events, these measures are being taken out of an abundance of caution to safeguard the well-being of our brethren, their loved ones and our communities. I also want you to be aware, that public tours of the Masonic Temple in Philadelphia have been canceled until further notice. In addition, while we are not aware of any cases at any of our Masonic Villages, we are canceling public events and limiting activities at all of our campuses, as well as screening visitors to our health care facilities. Similarly, while we do not know of any cases within any of our Masonic youth groups, the Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation is suspending all youth group activities and sponsored events at our Masonic Conference Center-Patton Campus until further notice. Sincerely and Fraternally, Thomas Gamon, IV R.W. Grand Master

While the vast of majority of us have been able to prepare for this transition into quarantine, it is not lost on the members of Armstrong Lodge that there are ...those among us who are not able or who are too concerned to go out into public to get needed supplies. With that in mind, our lodge would like to extend an offer to anyone in need. If you or someone you know are unable to leave your house to get necessities please contact myself @ 724.980.4343 or Steve Buterbaugh W.M. @ 724.766.2179 and we will have someone come to your aid. With faith hope and charity, James R Buterbaugh Jr. P.M.
