I just wanted to ask for kindness and patience toward your small businesses and online shops who are shipping during this impossible time. I am part of Facebook groups of Etsy sellers and peoples businesses are being destroyed due to the terribly delayed shipping times and lost packages. Customers aren’t receiving their orders in a timely manner or at all due to all of the struggles the post office is facing and the small Etsy shops are taking the blame. Please don’t leave ne...gative reviews for things that are out of someone’s control. These shop owners are trying to pay their bills and they don’t deserve to be blamed for something they cannot do anything about. I haven’t had this problem but I am watching others crumble under the stress.
