We had a lot of sweet moments today, and whole lot of frustrated, annoyed, hormonal moments. (Mamas you know what I mean) - The other day I said the Selah, Sweetie, I’m sorry that I didn’t handle that situation very well. And she said, Yeah when I’m mean and hit Ana than you get frustrated. -... Today. Rosetta and Devon are some of the kindest, sweetest people I have ever met. Even on her wedding day Rosetta was constantly looking out for others and making sure they were comfortable and happy. It just blessed me so so much. - Jesus gave them such a perfect day, with dramatic clouds, rainbows, a perfect sunset, and no rain when it mattered. Oh hello there perfect one. - I can’t believe how big my oldest one is! She poured daddy’s coffee the other day, and she make herself a pink drink, and she always reminded me what groceries I need to get when we’re at the grocery store, and wondering if I remembered my purse and shoes, and everything really. - She’s the sweetest big sister (most of the time) and oh so responsible. definitely an oldest. The other day she asked me if I cleaned up her room yet. And I have t...his feeling Merv and I will drive her crazy in her teenage years because we are not the neatest OR the most responsible. I love having long sessions with my clients because you have time to get comfortable and try new things, AND most of all, I LOVE LOVE watching the golden hour kick in, and then the soft light. To walk alongside your partner through EVERY circumstance. To raise the next generation together. To experience the most intimate form of relationship together. To grow together. To learn together. Newly Engaged? Let me remind you of one thing. You are preparing for more than just one day. You are preparing to be a HUSBAND. To be a WIFE. You are about the become ONE with another human. That is a big deal. ... So spend time preparing your heart. Spend time with Jesus. Take time to breathe and rest and enjoy one another. Pray together.
