First sale of #2021 and it’s a good one. This classic rowhouse on Ellsworth Street has a new owner to love it - a client who I am now fortunate to call a friend. This particular client and I went through it all in her house hunt - including a #stucco disaster (different house) and some #biddingwars too. In the end, we found the best house and I was able to negotiate down the asking price quite significantly (this provided instant equity as the house appraised for much more t...han the contract price). In the end things really do work out.
