We would like to thank the more than 140 visitors who attended our annual open house tour this past weekend. It was very nice meeting people from far and near ( From neighbors - to those traveling from the Philadelphia, Allentown and Scranton area. California was also represented!!! ) It was our pleasure to share the craft of maple syrup production with you all. Huge thanks also to Kelley Stewart from Wayne Co. Last day of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Maple Producers Association's Maple open house weekend!!! We would love to have you stop by, learn how Maple syrup is produced and sample some products. We will be open until 4:00 today

It is that time of year again:) Please join us this weekend, March 19 and 20, for the 7th annual Self - Guided Maple Tour !!!! We had a good season and would love to show you around our sugar house, provide you with some tastings, talk maple trees and offer you some delicious "Sticky" to take home:) ... Thank you to many people from near & far who visited our "Sugar shack" for our Maple Open House this past weekend! We had a wonderful turnout. It was great seeing old friends, neighbors, and many new faces. So many eager to learn about the process of making maple syrup: some wanting to give it a try themselves, some reliving childhood experiences and some just stopping by to pick up a jar of natural deliciousness:) The weather looks to be more cooperative in the coming days, so we are looking forward to a successful season. Come see us tomorrow at the Farm and Chef event at the Cooperage in Honesdale tomorrow. We have helped plan this amazing event for a year now and it's almost time to celebrate, hope to see you there!!!!!! We have also teamed up with Journeys End Farm to create a great raffle basket full of pure maple syrup and products. Hope you win this or any of the other wonderful raffle baskets. Thank you to the more than 112 visitors that stopped by this weekend to share in our maple syrup production!!! It was awesome to see so many people from near & far, interested in a long time PA tradition. Many left with a jug of sweetness to remind them of their visit!! It was inspiring meeting & talking with everyone. Thank you.
