I received permission to share my beautiful client during her facial treatment at: @skinterest_skincare This is just my second treatment with her and her skin is GLOWING! She eats a plant-based diet and has started to be consistent about her skincare routine at home EVERY DAY Despite her healthy lifestyle and consistency, breakouts from stress and acne still occur! In order to de-stress, treat congested skin, and prevent premature aging we did a nice simpl...e Fluff Facial using @gloskinbeauty with added LED Light Therapy from @lightwavetherapy and a jelly mask from @esthemax! This included a complimentary scalp massage with added aromatherapy & a hand massage! A Fluff Facial includes massaging the face, neck, and décolletage! After the massage I do the light therapy! During the LED Light Therapy session Red and Blue light are repairing damaged skin & reduce acne-causing P. Acnes bacteria. During this time I give clients some TLC for their hands, and afterwards I give the scalp massage during the jellymask. I choose the jelly mask based off the client’s skin health and concerns. I’ve been sick these past 2 weeks so I chose to take a break from posting and working on my side business to better focus on my mental health and personal development.
