Meal prepping is becoming my new norm. I will be totally honest about the fact that I really hated meal prepping in the past because it felt like such a time suck on the weekend & I didn't want to eat the same thing every single day. However, with some great recipes from @alliannaskitchen combined with my own concoctions, I have found that I can meal prep in a shorter amount of time & get more variety. The best part is most of the week I don't cook again! These philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers I came up with are definitely going to be a staple. Quick, easy and somehow taste better throughout the week

Feeling a little down lately? Many of you have expressed feelings of sadness, grief and depression lately. Autumn is associated with the metal element in Chinese medicine. The organs associated with the metal element are lung and large intestine so it is common to see healthcare complaints such as seasonal allergies, respiratory infections, exacerbations of skin conditions, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain and bloating this time of year. The emotions associated with the... metal element are grief, sadness and detachment, which may be why you just aren't feeling like yourself. So what can we do to ease this transition into Autumn? Start moving inward. What negative feelings have you been holding onto? Write them down and then let them go. What relationships are causing strain? Work them out and set up necessary boundaries. Switch from strenuous movement to gentle movement and stretching. Sleep in. Meditate. Slowly breathe in the fresh, crisp Autumn air. And get some acupuncture of course See more
