We'd like to thank Chik-fil-A (Warminster) for graciously providing our volunteers and career staff with dinner last evening during our weekly training. We greatly appreciate the kind gesture!

Some November statistics: 38 fire dispatches (29 in Lower Moreland, 8 in Bryn Athyn, 1 in Bucks County) 153 EMS dispatches with 91 patients transported. Busiest month of 2020 for BAFC.

Last evening was one of several scheduled days where our paramedics underwent annual medical command authorization. This process consists of a medical scenario proctored by our Medical Director and an advanced life support skills review including advanced airway management techniques, ventilator use, intraosseous (giving fluid and medications via injection into the space inside of certain bones) and surgical airway techniques. Coupled with continuous quality improvement (chart review), this process ensures our staff are providing excellent medical care to patients which we serve.
