I enjoyed catering last night for an appreciation event to thank the volunteers of the Theater. You too can host your special event at the State Theatre and contract Baird's Catering, LLC for your food. Pictured here is our new vegetarian hors d'oeuvre - Beet tartar on endive with Greek yogurt.

It feels great to have others acknowledge they enjoy my twin turkey sliders with cranberry chutney. I gladly accept this trophy for my award winning entree at the Carousel of Flavor this past Sunday. I appreciate one of my sons being there to celebrate with me. Several people, who said they don't usually like turkey, enjoyed savoring the combination of fresh roast turkey on our signature roll with cranberry chutney. It would be a great addition to your holiday events. Book now!
