To the person who called the health department and said our bathrooms are filthy, the food is terrible and there is mouse poop all over our restaurant Thanks for making false accusations to try to take down a small business in a time when we are all struggling. I personally clean the bathrooms every day. And trust me, if we had mice, *I* would not be working here! The health department came and searched, couldn’t find a single turd anywhere and said everything looked good! ...You don’t like our food well, I’m sorry about that. We do try our best. Everyday for the past 29 years, my mom has been here, on her feet, making homemade specials, soups and pies for people to enjoy. This place feels like home to many locals who have been coming in since the very beginning, and also new friends who have moved to town over the years. We do everything possible to make good meals, to keep the cost low so that our elderly neighbors can come in, and we strive to keep the place clean, healthy and safe. WE eat the food and feed it to our children. We take pride in our food and our business. We understand not everyone will like our food and also, we make mistakes sometimes. We might overcook something, burn the toast it happens ... but we try our best. If you don’t like the food, we understand if you don’t return. But please don’t make false accusations or try to have us shut down. Shout out to all of our loyal customers who continue to support us over the years... we love and appreciate you! Thank you!
