AMANDA is one of Barclay’s BEST! Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Millersville University. She joined the Barclay Friends family a little over 4 years ago. She started her career at BF as a Development Associate but was later promoted to Development Coordinator. Amanda organizes our biggest fundraising events such as the Annual BF Golf Classic and the Secret Gardens Tour. She also works tirelessly on many other fundraising opportunities. When asked what she enjoys most about her job she replied, Raising funds and awareness in support of the residents and working alongside an amazing team in the process. We are thankful for her talent, commitment, and time that Amanda makes to Barclay Friends and our residents!!

Donna is one of BARCLAY’S BEST! She started her career here at Barclay Friends a little over 16 years ago. Donna just so happened to be looking for a new job when she came across the position for a receptionist and eventually worked her way up to receptionist lead (aka Director of First Impressions). Donna is the first person that people interact with upon entering the main doors at Barclay Friends; she is the one that answers the phone when you call the main phone number; s...he is the one that makes sure all the mail is distributed to the appropriate people; she is the glue that holds us all together and always seems to put a smile on everyone's face. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she said it is the interaction with staff, families, and visitors. Donna went to an all-girls Catholic High School in Philadelphia John W. Hallahan Catholic High School. For many years she worked for a major insurance company In Philadelphia as their Conference Coordinator and did lots of traveling. Stayed at the most luxurious hotels in the United States. My favorites include The Breakers (West Palm Beach, Florida), The Biltmore (Phoenix, Arizona), and The Greenbrier (White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia). Donna currently lives in East Fallowfield with her husband Jack and her brother Jerry. She also has a daughter and 2 grandchildren. See more
